Talks

At this meeting, the lectures will be divided into Artificial Intelligence, Digital Fabrication and Fab Lab in Education. 13 speakers from 4 different nationalities will be present.

Fab Experience 2022

The Fab Experience is a way for participants to experience the FAB ACADEMY course format but in a micro format.

This year the themes will be IoT (Internet of Things) with Bruno Horta (Movimento MAKER Portugal) and Animation Cinema using the Stop Motion technique using the mobile phone, with Francisco Lança (Arte Estúdio Imaginário).

Workshops

In collaborative workshops, participants will collaboratively build: 

EDU Worksops

These are workshops focused on education, with a practical nature and inductive methodology, with the objective of providing participants with ways to develop educational strategies and use products in a real context. The themes will develop around Robotics, 3D, how to implement a Fab Lab in a school, art, crafts, clay workshop, school presses, biomedical sensors, ARDUINO, MICROBIT, Tinkering and much more.

FAB LAB Workshops

These workshops are more technical in nature, but still accessible to everyone. They aim to learn how to use machines and apply concepts in the areas of Wearables, IoT, Quantum Computing, 3D finishes and Artificial Intelligence.

DemonstraTIONS

The demonstrations are very varied, ranging from the exhibition of projects, with the presence of 6 members of the MAKER Portugal community to the presentation of products by national companies.
